Again one of the key aspects of a Cafe Racer or custom machine is the length of the Machine.
The orginal R series Bikes were made for 2 up and hence the frame was long as was the Seat. I decided early on to shorten the seat and frame and make it a single seater.
I cut the Frame, then inserted steel tube of the correct size and bent the subframe upwards to give it a kick and logical end to the Bike.
