BMW R65 – Summer Stripdown 2017

Well it’s firmly summer here in Dubai with temperatures reaching 40 degrees, and not much riding to be done.

So I’ve got a list of small jobs to sort on the Bike while it’s off the road which include:

1. Get the Tank properly painted in Satin Black, along with the Side Covers
2. Sort the Flashers speed by fitting an adjustable Flasher unit
3. Re-paint the Engine Block with Cylinder Paint
4. Sort and improve the Crankcase ventilation out
5. Plug the hole at the Back of the Engine with a Starter Motor Cover.
